Can my flowers be delivered on the same day I place my order?

Orders placed in the morning can usually be delivered that same afternoon. Orders placed in the afternoon are generally delivered the following morning.

Please note that during peak periods (such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day), or for deliveries outside the Greater Porto area, longer notice is required. We recommend placing your order at least 48 hours in advance during peak seasons and 24 hours in advance for deliveries outside Greater Porto and Viseu.

All orders are processed only after payment has been confirmed.


Can I request delivery at a specific time?

We normally ask customers to allow a two-hour delivery window due to traffic conditions and possible difficulties in locating the delivery address.


Which areas are covered within Greater Porto?

Vitória Régia Flowers delivers to the following municipalities:

Do you deliver outside the Greater Porto area?

Depending on the destination and the nature of the order, Vitória Régia may be able to arrange deliveries outside Greater Porto. Please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm availability.


Which dates are considered peak seasons?

Our busiest periods include Valentine's Day, Palm Sunday, Easter, Mother's Day, All Souls' Day, Christmas.

During these periods, orders should be placed at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability and timely delivery.


What if Vitória Régia cannot deliver to my chosen location?

If we are unable to deliver directly, simply select the desired destination from the location menu available in our online shop, choose your preferred bouquet or floral arrangement, and complete your order as usual.

Deliveries to Lisbon, other locations within Portugal, and international destinations are carried out by trusted local florists through Vitória Régia's florist network.

While arrangements follow our quality standards as closely as possible, each florist has its own individual style, so the final bouquet may vary slightly from the images shown.

These orders require a minimum notice of 24 hours during standard periods and 48 hours during peak seasons, such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day.
